What independence means

  • You choose which eligible client opportunity to pursue
  • You select from intervals the client makes available
  • You decide how to organize your home business and workspace
  • You are responsible for meeting every interval and program commitment you accept

Money and taxes

  • Production rates commonly fall around $10–$14 per hour but vary by client
  • Payments are issued by direct deposit on the 15th and last day of the month
  • A combined 10% platform and L42M service fee is retained
  • You are responsible for tracking income, eligible expenses, and estimated or year-end taxes

What is not guaranteed

  • A specific client placement
  • Passing certification
  • A minimum number of available intervals
  • Continued statements of work
  • Income, sales, incentives, or business results

Professional responsibilities

  • Maintain working equipment and internet
  • Read and follow the client statement of work
  • Protect customer and company information
  • Communicate changes promptly and maintain professional attendance and adherence
